Genesis has officially announced that the production version of the GV60 Magma will make its global debut on November 20. The model is expected to adopt the same powertrain as the Hyundai IONIQ 5 N, with a comprehensive maximum power output of 650 horsepower. The launch coincides with Genesis’s 10th anniversary and represents a milestone for the Magma high-performance sub-brand, signaling its official entry into the high-performance segment and opening a new chapter for the brand.

Although the vehicle remains camouflaged, it is anticipated to largely retain the design language of the concept model, featuring aggressive aerodynamic components. The front end sports the brand’s signature split-headlamp design with dual-strip daytime running lights, complemented by a large layered intake in the lower bumper. The GV60 Magma will also be equipped with 21-inch titanium-finish wheels, orange brake calipers, and a large rear spoiler for enhanced downforce.

Powering the GV60 Magma is expected to be a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, shared with the IONIQ 5 N, delivering a total output of 478 kW (650 hp). This setup enables the IONIQ 5 N to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.4 seconds. We will continue to follow up with more details about the new model.
