Honda Showcases Full Range of Mobility Products and Safety Technologies at 2025 CIIE​​

At the 2025 China International Import Expo (CIIE), Honda is participating with a focus on its core philosophy of "The Joy of Providing Free Mobility" and the safety concept of "Safety for Everyone," exhibiting its products spanning land, sea, and air, along with advanced safety technology achievements.

​​Motorcycles:​​

Honda presented six motorcycle models at this year's CIIE. Among them, the CB500 SUPER FOUR and the CB8500R FOUR, which inherit Honda CB's legacy of inline-four engines, made their debut at the expo. Both models are equipped with a newly developed 502cc inline-four engine, featuring Honda's E-Clutch (electronic clutch) and TBW (Throttle By Wire). Depending on the selected riding mode, they offer corresponding launch control and automatically optimize clutch operation based on riding conditions, supporting both manual and automatic modes. Additionally, the bikes come with a 5-inch TFT display supporting Chinese and Honda's RoadSync connectivity system. Also exhibited were the flagship luxury tourer GL1800 Gold Wing Tour, the large adventure scooter X-ADV, and the mid-size cruiser CM300.

​​Automotive Safety:​​

The Honda booth also featured the new ACE (Advanced Compatibility Engineering) body structure, which won the "2024 China Top Ten Body" award. Based on Honda's "Safety for Everyone" philosophy, this body design protects occupants while also helping to reduce impact forces imposed on other vehicles, aiming to enhance safety for all parties involved in a collision. The exhibited body is a high-rigidity, high-strength dedicated platform for pure electric vehicles, extensively using high-strength steel, which accounts for 68% of the structure, including 25% aerospace-grade hot-stamped steel. It achieves a torsional rigidity of 40,000 N·m/degree. This body structure is already implemented in the Dongfeng Honda S7 model.

​​Marine and Power Products:​​

Honda is committed to providing robust power and convenience through technological innovation. At the expo, Honda displayed the BF10 portable outboard marine engine and the EU3200i variable frequency portable generator.

​​Air and Future Technology:​​

Furthermore, Honda presented videos showcasing the HondaJet and the phased achievements of its independently developed reusable rocket experimental aircraft.
