The BYD e2 boasts a fashionable overall appearance. The front features a closed grille design, giving it a clean and streamlined look. The rounded headlights on either side are connected by a black trim piece, adding a sense of layered design. The lower section incorporates black air deflectors, enhancing the visual depth and sportiness.

The side profile is stylish and minimalist, with clean lines free of excessive detailing. The rising character line visually elongates the body and strengthens its layered effect. Dimensions are 4260mm in length, 1760mm in width, and 1530mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2610mm.

Powertrain & Performance

The BYD e2 is powered by a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor with a maximum output of 70 kW and 180 N·m of torque, paired with a single-speed automatic transmission. It uses a 43.2 kWh LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery pack, providing a CLTC-rated range of 405 km. The official 0-50 km/h acceleration time is 4.9 seconds. Fast charging can replenish the battery in approximately 0.5 hours. The suspension setup consists of a MacPherson strut at the front and a torsion beam at the rear.
