Geely Launches All-New Emgrand with Comprehensive Upgrades, Starting at Pre-Sale Price of RMB 68,900

Geely Auto has officially announced that the all-new Emgrand will be launched on November 18. The pre-sale price range is set at RMB 77,900 to 94,900, with a limited-time early-bird offer starting from RMB 68,900 to 85,900. Positioned as a compact sedan, the new model features comprehensive upgrades in exterior design, interior, and powertrain.

Exterior Design

The all-new Emgrand sports a redesigned front fascia with a vertical waterfall grille and upward-sweeping blackened headlights. Equipped with Osram lighting modules, the headlights offer an illumination range equivalent to nearly two soccer fields, enhancing nighttime driving safety.

Dimensions

The vehicle measures 4,815 mm in length, 1,885 mm in width, and 1,480 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,755 mm. Compared to the previous generation, it is 177 mm longer, 65 mm wider, 20 mm taller, and features a 105 mm longer wheelbase.

Rear Design

The rear features slim connected taillights linked by a black trim piece and dual exhaust accents. While retaining the essence of the previous model, the rear design now appears more dynamic. Exterior color options include Cloud White, Ink Black, Silver Peak, Gray Mist, Pine Blue, and Mountain Green.

Interior & Technology

The cabin introduces a new design with chrome accents on the dashboard and a crystal gear shifter, elevating the overall premium feel. It debuts the Flyme Auto smart cockpit, supporting multi-brand smartphone connectivity, and is equipped with a 14.6-inch floating central touchscreen and a 50W cooled wireless fast charging pad.

Powertrain

Built on the next-generation BMA Evo global modular architecture, the all-new Emgrand offers two engine options:

A 1.5L naturally aspirated engine delivering 88 kW and 150 N·m, paired with a CVT transmission (simulating 8 speeds).
