BMW has officially released images of the M340i xDrive 50 Jahre Edition, a special model commemorating the 50th anniversary of the BMW 3 Series. The edition will be offered in five classic paint colors previously seen on earlier generations of the 3 Series but not available on the current generation.

Other standard features include the Shadowline package, adaptive LED headlights, a blacked-out grille, a carbon fiber spoiler, 19-inch wheels, an M Sport exhaust, and special badging. The powertrain remains unchanged, continuing to use a 3.0L turbocharged inline-six engine delivering 386 horsepower.
